Application failed to install

If an application failed to install, there are several reasons why that might be the case. Try the troubleshooting suggestions below.

  1. Attempt to install again. Sometimes, it does install perfectly the first time and needs a second chance.
  2. Sign out, then sign back in to Company Portal. This can be done by selecting the profile picture in the top right, then selecting "Sign out".
  3. Restart your computer.
  4. Contact the Service Desk.
