If an application failed to install, there are several reasons why that might be the case. Try the troubleshooting suggestions below.
- Attempt to install again. Sometimes, it does install perfectly the first time and needs a second chance.
- Sign out, then sign back in to Company Portal. This can be done by selecting the profile picture in the top right, then selecting "Sign out".
- Restart your computer.
- Contact the Service Desk.
