Company Portal is not showing

If your Company Portal app is not appearing in the Start Menu, you can trigger a manual installation through the Microsoft Store.


  1. In the Start Menu, search for "Store".
  2. Select the Microsoft Store.
  3. Once it opens, in the top bar, search for "Company Portal". Select it in the list of options or hit Enter and select it there.
  4. Click "Get".
  5. Allow it to install. This will happen in the background so feel free to keep using your computer.
