Some of our managed networks may require you to disable the built-in private Wi-Fi address rotation with your phone's operating system. It may also go by the name "randomize address", "wi-fi privacy", or "randomize MAC address". Some laptops and tablets may support it as well, and while the interface may look a little different, the process to manage this is relatively the same.
Note that you DO NOT have to do this unless you have been notified by our service desk to do so, or if it is stated on your agreement with us.
