How does my Ubiquiti equipment stay up to date?

Your Ubiquiti equipment is remotely managed, and you will be notified when a new version of software is available for any of your managed Ubiquiti devices. At a minimum, if a critical update is needed and available, you will be notified no less than 24 hours in advance of the proposed installation time. These times can be scheduled at any time an update is available, and we will try to do it during a period of lesser traffic. These tend to be overnight but can vary based on requirements or your preference.


These updates are NOT automated and must be scheduled for a specific time. If a reply is not received within 4 hours of the proposed installation time, we will automatically execute the install for the time outlined in the email.
